MY MICRISTAR IS DISPLAYING A "O5" ERROR. WHAT DOES THIS ERROR MEAN?

This looks like a "O5" on the Micristar display, but it is suppose to be a "OS" (Open Sensor Alarm). This happens when the input signal to PV1 and/or PV2 has been disconnected or a open circuit has occured in your sensing device.
