THE PROCESS VARIABLE (PV) READING ON MY MICRISTAR IS VERY UNSTABLE. I REPLACED THE THERMOCOUPLE AND CHECKED FOR BAD CONNECTIONS AND I STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. WHAT WOULD YOU SUGGEST?

Try putting the Micristar in the manual mode. If the problem still exists then I would say that the Input Module for that channel is bad (refer to Circuit Board Locations in the Micristar Manual). Input Module's can be replaced in the field if needed.
